My journey towards Reflexology was inspired by my father, a surgeon with the Indian army.  In July 2017, while sitting at his feet in the ICU in India I hoped to connect with him through the reflexology charts that I had downloaded from the web. Even though he did not recognize me, I am sure he felt my touch. His last look of recognition at me inspired me to explore the healing art of Reflexology. I spent 2018 / 2019 studying and getting certified in Reflexology.

In 2018/2019, I was blessed to work on one of my close friends who lost her battle with advanced breast cancer. My journey with her inspired me to train in Reflexology Lymph Drainage specifically for Lymphedema, cancer patients and patients with autoimmune disorders under the RLD method by Sally Kay, one of the leading experts in her field.

In 2022/2024 in my quest for additional training, I traveled to Barcelona twice to do extensive personal training with Dr. Jesus Manzanares, a leading authority on science-based Reflexology. He has done numerous data driven, scientifically measured studies with his patients for over 35 years and studied the effects of reflexology on the nerve centers located on the feet and created the Manzanares Method.  Currently, I am the only practitioner certified in this method in the US.

Understanding that all energy work is interrelated it became a natural calling to study Pranic healing with emphasis on Crystal healing and Pranic Energetic Defense healing under the guidance of Kavita Chhibber.

My Yoga education started just to learn and teach breathing exercises for relaxation. Little did I realize that my initial step into the Yoga world would lead me to the path of being a certified 500 hr. Yoga Teacher.
